SUBJECT: Support for Golden Gate High School Junior ROTC Program
One of the other reasons I am asking for your help is that 70% of our students are on free and reduced lunch and the majority in our school are of Hispanic or Haitian background. Our fundraising efforts barely allow our cadets to attend county and state JROTC competitions as well as provide for supplies and equipment for our program.

Sir/Ma'am, I am respectfully asking for your support with the Golden Gate High School Junior ROTC Business Sponsorship Fundraiser. The JROTC program recently received a 5' x 10' donated enclosed trailer from Gallup Craig Construction & Restoration, Inc., to help transport equipment and supplies. With this, we are asking for support from the Naples business community to provide annual advertising sponsorships to finance our yearly budgetary expenses. These budgetary expenses include equipment purchases, transportation to and from community parades & ceremonies, competition fees and other incidental cadet expenses for the JROTC program. The trailer will be utilized at a variety of events, activities, and parades, both in and outside the Collier County area.
Our sponsorship opportunities would provide you an 18” x 18” area to display your company logo on our trailer. The cost per slot will be a $500.00 donation. The sponsorship term provides approximately one calendar year of coverage.
I suppose the question you may be thinking is why our students deserve this kind of support from you. One of the main reasons is that each year, our cadets provide over 3000 man-hours to our local community in the following types of activities:

American Heart Association's annual Heartwalk set-up
·
American Cancer Society's annual Relay-for-Life
·
Vision and hearing screening for local elementary and middle school children (in support of county health department)
·
City canal and park clean-ups
·
Book drive to provide reading materials for needy elementary schools
·
Service learning project to help elementary school children improve reading scores
